Open freight doors to collect containers - unnecessary in X3TC/AP

Hi. Can some one tell me how to open the freight doors to collect containers please?

You don't have to in X3TC/AP. Simply fly over the ware container in space. Provided your ship has the correct cargo class and enough free cargo space, the ware will afterwards be present in your cargo room.
