Need help with JobWings

Cant seem to fully understand how JobWings work.

Every time I add new entries to the file the whole thing breaks and all ships in the universe that supposed to have escorts didnt have one. I've been following this guide but it still doesn't work. can anyone point me to the right direction?

edit: I'm playing AP
