Getting rid of the cockpit mod

Post by gapper4 » Wed, 31. May 17, 16:17

Hi guys,

I installed the XRM cockpit mod when I first installed XRM and it worked great. However, recently, I've managed to get XRM to play in 3D using Tridef, Virtual Desktop, and my Rift. The 3D effect is awesome and really adds to the game, however there are (understandably) artifacts with the cockpits.

I've tried to remove the cockpits but I can't find the "temp.xrm.hull.reload.xmL" script, as specified in the instructions on the first page of this thread. Unfortunately, I also completely forgot which .dat and .cat are the cockpits when I renamed them.

Can anyone give me some advice on this ? Is there another way to identify the right .cat and .dat ? Why is the script not appearing in the script editor like it should ?

You could download the DAT/CAT file editor or X3editor2, witheither you can open the cat file and take a look inside.. :)
