Will we see anything from X4 at E3?

Official front-page updates from Egosoft are generally sparse, almost bi-annual, but will we see anything from the team at E3 this week? Given we're halfway through the year, I thought I would pick up on the comment made in the last official update on the front page about further information coming "later in 2017."

Will be interesting to see the direction taken following on from the troubled history of X:Rebirth. Good luck whatever path you take!

if ego have something to announce they usually do so. given the lack of announcement i would say no, they wont be at e3. i think Gamescon in Cologne has far better chances because its just a 1 hour drive from their HQ in Würselen

Thanks! That's good to know. Historically Gamescom has been more active, here's hoping for some news in August.

Wouldnt count on gamescom either. They announced development of X4 in Jan this year. Too early for anncouncement things i would think, at least if they follow their current practice of not showing or giving info on anything for very long time periods.

I'm hoping for news of XRB VR soon. Been playing X3AP-XRM on the Rift with Bigscreen and Tridef SBS 3D. It's absolute awesome and I can't wait for a true VR version of this magnificent universe...

well, just said the probability is better - but i also think its currently neglible ^^
