you can buy rebirth and play it at an older version (not sure if steam supports that). that's like throwing money.

But in all seriousness, there hasn't been any early access announced yet. Last they said was "maybe, still thinking about it".

In all honesty, if they do early access, I will be resisting it as long as possible. I'd much rather play this game once it's entirely finished than burn out on it while it's still under development

There's plenty of stuff there at different price points, from CE's of older games, through to books and music.

Or just buy a bunch of Steam keys and give them away to friends

Totally on board with this. I was so disappointed with X:Rebirth, that I have been unable to touch it, even with all the love and content it has received. It was never what I expected from an X series game. This is finally it, this is what I always hoped X:Rebirth was going to be.

I guess I'll be back haunting this forum again. I am so excited for this.

EGOSOFT - If you make the decision not to do early access, please at least give the community periodic insights into the development. If we don't have any way to see how the game development is coming along, then all feedback on the forums will just be based on speculation and won't be of much use to your team.

I hope this comes out before Scam Citizen -i don't think it will ever be- . This could be greatest and the most profitable game ever for EGOSOFT. I know you know this, please keep up the good work and release it fast.

I bought an extra copy of X3TC/AP when Rebirth came out.

Because... I wasn't about to buy Rebirth, but still wanted to support Egosoft.

So, show your support by buying an Egosoft game you don't already have. If, on the off-chance you have them all, then buy one again or buy it through a different e-retailer.
