Jump gate not working

Can't use jump gate on free play even though tool tip came up telling me that I should be able too. Worked fine on campaign mode but not on free play

@ atbmatus: Please don't dredge up 4 year old threads, especially when the devs are already working on your issue in Tech Sp.
