Happy 30th birthday! I don't know how many old timers stuck around a pretty difficult industry, but kudos to whose who did and good luck for the newer employees.

I started with "X - Beyond The Frontier/X - Tension".
The "X" series is and remains the best space computer game ever.
In anticipation of "X4" YakiBoss just polishes up his cockpit (desktop) and his spaceship (computer).
Do not disappoint him (again).
SAYA KHO - Standard Pilotenuniform......grrrrrrrrrrrr

X - Beyond The Frontier, X - Tension, X² - Die Bedrohung, X³ - Reunion, XTM, X³ - Terran Conflict, XTCM, X³ - Albion Prelude, X3 - Farnham's Legacy (A new hope)
X - Rebirth (sabotaged by Khaak Collective), X4 - Foundations ( OHHHH YESSS !!! "X" has returned)

I started with X3:R, wanted it as an x-mas present after seeing a review on gamespot or pc gamer one of them.
apart from the bumpy start with waiting a week to get the patch that fixed my issue, loved it since. Not so much X:R

The 1st, 3rd, 4th image look lovely, like its X3 on the new engine, nice and clean for me the best images.

2nd, 5th image looks like X:R the cartoonie, hazy murky, nice detail but not a fan of catoonie graphics. Need realism.
Kind of over doing it on the blue hues too.

6th image i do not like, unless that is in a nebular. Its like when you look at your monitor when its turned off and you see the dots on the screen where you sneezed over the months.

Anyway looking forward to steam, added to reminders.
Happy Birthday Ego

Haha this did make me chuckle! :D

Hip hip hooray for Egosoft's 30th birthday. Crazy to think I was 4 when Egosoft first released a game!

Here's to many more years ahead of enjoying the wonderful X universe :)

Oh, this is what it is. Still puzzled why not just use GMT instead of CEST, BST.

Happy 30th birthday! That's quite an achievement. I am so glad your team is continuing to develop & support X games & DLCs as diligently as you do. Thank you.

I started out with my initial discovery of X3 & TC/AP. I am now loving the quality of X Rebirth since the 4.0 patches. I am playing the expansions TC+HoL now too, which are incredibly improved and play quite differently to the base game in a good way.

It is a shame that you guys have to deal with so much complaining, much of it is often unjustified or over-exaggerated or just plain repetitive. My advice, ignore it! It is clear from the patches and the revelations seen in the previews & live-streams of X4, that your team knows what is needed and has the skills required to produce quality and detail.

Thanks for providing an insight into some of the new features being developed for X4 Foundations. :boron: They are interesting indeed. I am eagerly waiting for the release of X4 Foundations, or at least some more previews in the meantime.
