Help with Guns and turrets

I have created a turret with 16 weapons with 4 laser parts, 64 laser slots in total I am able to fire all 64 fire when under manual control from the first person cockpit.

When I place the turret under auto fire only half of them fire

is there anyway to get auto fire to use all the guns in turret bank or any files to edit to get auto fire to use them all?

There is a hardcoded maximum of 12
