Someone here figured out the odds at like 7 trillion to one of winning so there is a chance just an extremely slim one of winning it.You have better odds of winning your local lottery :)

Actually its entirely posible to win it (hence the "Lotterys Won" counter on the player details screen), its just very unlikely as Jade Falcon says :P
