im having troubble with this mission i keep getting blitzed by the lasers while im holind station at the nav beacon on the **** ship . my pc being a clockwork windup three gerbil powerd piece of antiquity that it is only seems to run at a tad jerky 1 f.p.s any tips ? am i suppoused to be this close to the big ship .

you need a small ship - I used an M5 undocked from an M6 I was doing my fighting in.

Larger ships get bumped and squished when you try to hold station, but I don't know how big you can go to still pull it off. You may even be able to manage by rolling a larger ship on its side.

Also on the part where you have to destroy the weakpoints use any type of PSG I use BPSG on my perseus which I did the whole level in there is no need for an M5
