They don't hatch.

The correct answer is that they can be used in pirate missions found in pirate bases on the BBS system. :P

I went through reloading and searching for those missions, took a while but I finally found one, the pirate actually gives you the spacefly eggs to deliver though... I don't know if you can use your existing ones.

Is this the same mission?

Was finding them in secret containers a bug? I'd compare it with those teledianium(?) panels you only get for bbs missions.

now, it is illegal goods, where i can stored it until i can use in bbs mission (if i find it?) :x

if you have an M6 or bigger... store them in a ship docked with your ship.
not much point though as the freebie eggs you find in containers are not needed for the mission... apparently

as long as they are in the docked ship.. not the one you are piloting
they will not be able to detect them during a scan.
this applies to all illegal goods.
