Where the hell are all the wasp missiles?

Ive just started trying to cap ships and it was going pretty well.

I started to fly back to an equipment dock to resupply with wasp missiles, to find they dont have any. Fair enough. I go to another one. Nothing. Ive been through loads of equipment docks and the 2 of the 3 wasp missile facts (i cant get in the Split one) and none of them have any. Is there any way i can kickstart the AI to start making them again?

Build a Wasp Loop and make free missles

Or if you desperately want to buy them from the AI , build a Wasp loop and sell at MAX with no Seller ships and let the AI buy it off you.

The reason why im capping at all is that I have very little funds, so a fact loop really isnt on the cards.

Pick up wasps from the stubborn ships that refuse to be captured? Choose your capturing targets on this basis for a while, i.e. make sure they are carrying wasp missiles.

If Wasp Missile fabs are slow in making missiles it is likely due to a shortage in their supplies...

So make money and get wasps by selling them what they need.

I use a few wasp missiles now and again, but I've never had to buy any. Head off to Thyn's or Black Hole Sun and kill a load of Xenon, you will pick up plenty that way,
