I was watching my sector trader scrolling through different wheres when i niticed an item that was called a gamma Kyon Emitter.

The Khaak weapons do come up on the lists, but you can't buy or sell them except at your own equipment dock. Until you buy the Khaak information the Khaak items come up as Unknown Objects.

You can only also cap the alpha and beta kyons.

I don't have the khaak information i havn't capped a khaak ship. In case it helps it was in Atreus's Clouds. It was also showing unknown Objects but that would be the khaak.

A gamma kyon can only be used on the larger ships I think.

He didn't "get" one. The trader was just checking wares for trading. Khaak weapons are on the list, though why Gamma Kyons would be on the list I cannot fathom.

The trader gets the list of obects directly from the game engine, it isn't hard-coded into the script. Hence all objects will appear in that.
