Hmmm.

I can see what you mean, but the X3 ship has a 'tail' fin, and the dart has some organic looking holes near the back. At the end of the day there are a limited number of designs for ships. Also, X3 was started a long time ago, so maybe they should be contacting the SGC and complain ;)

There's only so many ways you can design a spaceship

Yeah, the Paranid M3 does sort-of look like the Dart...

Let's just say that from time to time they pay tribute to other starshipdesigners here.

Actualy I'm still waiting for the Liberator from Blake's 7 and the transporter from space 1999.

They also should have a look at the Yoko Tsuno vinea albums. Roger Leloup is one of the best and most original spaceship designers ever.

It's a nice ship indeed.

If you take out the spear-head, it looks a lot like the "Salthi", a Kilrathi Light Fighter.

I really hope the mod tools in X3 will allow us to import our own ships into the X-universe, like using customized building models in SimCity 4. I'll make a Bebop for sure to fly around. :D

i think the SwordFish II would look more at home in X3 than the Bebop

I'd say that that ship looked more like Go'uld tech than Wraith tech.

"There must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the universe can be said to be zero, From this it follows that the population of the universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the product of a deranged imagination" - Douglas Adams
