FPS within same range (give or take 5FPS) No matter what settings?

Ok...this makes absolutley no sense. 1680x1050 with everything ON, I get an ok framerate.

1024x768, everything Low, AA and AF off, I get the SAME THING. Reducing the setting doesent inprove the FPS at all. At the higest settings, it runs 20-30 FPS. Lowest? SAME THING. Any ideas? I'd like to get my FPS a bit higher....but no amount of messing with the settings, nor my video card settings, has made a difference.

Easy one this.

Your CPU is the limit here, not because your CPU is slow. X3 is in dire need of some tuning, all you (and the rest of us) can do is sit, wait and hope that 1.3 actually improves performance.
