XR Battleship Inquiry

Hello! I recently installed the excellent XR shippacl mod and noticed many of the battleships have no main batteries nor can you select them. In looking into this thinking it might be a bug one player told me no, they never had them in XR and instead, depended on excess turrets for attack/defense. Is this correct? Don't own XR yet just looking for confirmation of this. Thanks to any and all responses!

Not exactly sure on what you're asking but I think the answer is that most ships in X:Rebirth have all their weapons via turrets. There are a few exceptions - Balor has main gun missile launchers that you can't target or destroy. I think one of the Terran/Canterran ships also has a main cannon that is the same behaviour. The big Xenon capital ship also has missile launchers that are not via a turret.

All other weapons are turrets, be that HIT/MA for anti-fighters, or Plasma/MA for anti capital ships. Missile launching turrets...etc....
