[Bug 4.0] Construction URVs abandoned in maaaany zones

Somehow ships are loosing Construction URVs on the fly and they just sit in zones doing nothing.

The annoying part is, that zones highlight a player's ship there while it's actually just a damn Construction URV, which is abandoned and stuck.
Half of all my sectors/zones are green even though i don't have a single ship there. D: (Just 1 abandoned Const. URV each it seams)

I'm quite early in my playthrough, so i can't tell if that concerns other dronetypes aswell.
