Hi. If I start the game as argon or other non-terrаns I will have all the story missions of terrans except the way to get the headquarters?

Other than some short, introductory things, yes. For the Pioneer storyline, all you really need to do is complete the Player HQ plot and wait around a short amount of time. The Terran storyline(s) require raising your reputation a bit, and I believe completing the HAT plot.

You will miss some short sequences dedicated to Terran / PIO start. Otherwise, you just need a rep level of 6 to start Terran plot.
