Can we have some starts already with all research done?

Like the topic says I would like to have some starts from Egosoft with all Research done. NO HQ just free play and maybe some kind of a pirate DLC? It gets old to do the research and their quests over and over again.

With 4.1 we might have the custom start according to last video.
It is already in game but hidden from the player and the mod bellow unlocks the option to create your own game start.
