Does rep. loss effect already owned blueprints and ships? - Answered.

I just received my first rank from Argon (reputation 10) and during the speech the representative said that if I lose standing, I lose access to the
perks that come with that standing.

I know this means I would lose the ability to purchase ships requiring a military license but what about ones I already own? What about blueprints?
If I lose standing do I lose access to build from blueprints I purchased or to fly ships I already own?

I don't have enough credits to test the theory in game.

Once you unlock a blueprint, it stays with you for the rest of your playthrough. Even if you go to war with the faction you brought it from, you will still be able to use it.
