Tug Boat operation

so i bought a tug boat just to see what happens.
i destroyed a P and teleported to the tug as i couldn't find a command to prompt the npc pilot to do anything.
i targeted the wreckage and could start towing.....even at travel speed.
i traversed a few gates and kept my bounty intact.
i got to a shipyard but cant figure out how to process the wreck

anyone done this already ??

I haven't noticed any AI faction has its scrap recycling station, so you probably have to build a scrap recycling station yourself.
It must have a recycler, processor, solid storage, container storage, and some EC to start processing.

it's not 100% working yet
i have constructed a full recycler and add the tugs to a manager (which have a salvage command) they not doing anything they go undock and search for wreckage

In my modded game I use the addon that adds 39 more sectors and I built a recycle station in the Ashley's paradise sector which is full of wrecks and the tugs are busy dragging wrecks to the recycler. It is a slow way to build up hull parts but it works just fine.
