Frontier's Edge terraforming has no humidity?
It clearly has humidity projects, but they do not show that they actually improve humidity nor does completing them do anything.

water levels on the planet are already sufficient enough, adding more water won't help it become more habitable... unless you are trying to make an ocean planet for borons . The game will not stop you from starting projects that you don't need to complete to finish the mission, so you can some times ruin a planet by running a project too many times.

Besides, they already have precedence for blocking out projects which are obsolete, like the removal of CO2 one which seems completely pointless when every O2 project also removes CO2.
