Petition to move the popup instructions

They really are annoying. And that's because they pop up in the middle of the screen blocking everything the player wants or has to do.

To make things even worse in V6.00 BETA1 there are such popups that stay up indefinitely and you need to press the closing button for them to go away!!! How is anyone supposed to do it while on a station that the mouse is "slaved" to the head of the player, so it can not enter the instruction/notification box and close it?

Not to mention that in the Station Editor their appearance blocks seeing the station the player is trying to build!!!

Therefore this petition to move them from the middle of the screen to an unobtrusive place, either center up or center down. If the devs think that they must be observed no matter what, they can make them blinking. Definitely not in the way that the player is trying to do something...
