Task complete spam

I was trying to 'google' for a solution to the subject issue. I found so many results but nothing conclusive. Anyone could help me and guide how to disable these messages, please?
I am getting them every second or even more often especially with SETA enabled - they are useless for me and annoying, they may have impact on performance as well so if possible I would like to get rid of them.
