Boarding capsule to a S-Ship never claims the ship

i may discovered a bug where a S-Ship claim with a Marine never gets finished. The Capsule stay at the ship but the Marine never enters the Ship. It may only happens on a Balaur.

*Some things i tryed:
-I have run this for 10min and nothing changed.
-Claimed the ship with EVA and try to manually dock the capsule on ship (dosen`t work), also all other comands on the capsule are generating a commands on the behavior tab, but the capsulue ignores it.

No mods installed (exept the offical Split and Terran dlc)
