Crash

HI everybody,

Since 5.1, crash after 5 seconds in the game ( Laptop AMD with 3070). (Windows 11)

i have make a lot of test (change the drivers, etc..) without any evolution.

Do you have a idea?

I've moved this to Tech Support for you, but we're going to need a lot more information from you to have any hope of being able to help. You've not even stated whether you're running the game on Windows or not! Please provide the information requested in the sticky thread of the forum this is now in, particularly your DXDiag, vulkaninfo and display settings. Instructions on providing this information are in the sticky thread as well.

Did you also upgrade to Windows 11 since you were last able to play? That upgrade, combined with having multiple graphics hardware devices, seems to cause problems for quite a few people. The usual solution is to remove and clean the graphics drivers for both devices and then reinstall them, so that Windows and Vulkan recognise and handle them both properly. While you're at it, you could also update the drivers for your sound devices, and try disabling the ASUS sound utility in case that's interfering.

Hi,

I have play with any problem with windows 11 before the problem.

I have remove the drivers (Nvidia and Amd) + reinstallation without any success.

I launch the game and after 5 seconds of the beginning, there is a crash.

Hello. I cannot see if you have tried verifying or reinstalling your X4 game in case your current installation is incomplete or corrupt.

Also, are you using any 3rd party mods or have you ever edited your save?
