How to stop annoying Steam message boxes ?
Don't know how many play X4 offline, but I prefer to all the time.
Every time I run X4 I always get these two messages :

[ external image ]
(which is annoying cos I AM offline & then started X4,
just wish it would start offline without keep on asking me!)
But just recently (about 1 or 2 weeks), I'm getting yet another message:
[ external image ]
Which is even more annoying, since I don't use Steam Cloud Synch :

Anyone know how to stop any (or all) of these ?
Or maybe there's a No-Steam X4 v5.1 HF3 available....

The images in your post are not visible, which makes it hard to understand what the issue is.

No, I can't either, hence Ketraar's comment above.

Ok now they are visible and I think I get what you mean. As far as I'm aware Steam Offline mode requires you to uncheck the "Don't save account credentials on this computer" as stated in a steam support page.

Re: How to stop annoying Steam message boxes ?
OK, thanks for looking at this,
I've followed the instructions exactly in the link you showed :
How to setup Offline Mode
Please follow the instructions below to successfully configure Offline Mode on your PC:
1. Start Steam online - make sure the "Remember my password" box on the login window is checked.
2. Verify that all game files are completely updated.
3. Launch the game(s) you would like to play offline to verify that there are no further update or installation requirements.
Shut down the game and return to Steam once you have confirmed that the game can be played.
4. Go to Steam > Settings > Account to ensure the "Don't save account credentials on this computer" option is not selected
5. From the main Steam window, go to the Steam menu and select Go Offline...
6. Click Restart in Offline Mode to restart Steam in Offline Mode.
But it doesn't make any difference, all the messages still get shown
(except the first 'conecting to steam account', which was self-terminating anyway).
Guess it's Steam making sure you know they're there all the *** time.

Re: How to stop annoying Steam message boxes ?
Have you enabled the online functionality n the X4? If so try disabling it. Maybe also poke Steam Support about it.

Re: How to stop annoying Steam message boxes ?
You mean the internal 'Online Features' part of X4 menus ?,
which I've never had turned on.
Guess raising it with Steam would be the sensible thing to do...
