Mission: worker welfare; cannot deliver ship

for this mission, it seems to be stuck, I have a ship that meets parameters at the designated location, but the mission won't trigger.

Nobody is going to be able to help you with so little information. Most of the time, problems like the one you are describing turn out to be simply that the player has misread or misunderstood the ship requirements, but since you've not provided any information about either of those, we can't advise you where you might have gone wrong. Your best chance of getting help would be to upload your savegame somewhere and provide a link, along with clear instructions on how to see which ship and mission it is.

When I did this one I had a similar issue. The station was not on the ecliptic but quite a bit above it an therefore the delivery spot was as well.
Change the orientation of the map and make sure that the ship is inside the delivery area.
