Exact nature of the problem, where and when it occurs and what you were doing at the time.
During the construction tutorial, upon sitting in the chair, the incoming message pops up, but there is no dialogue. Other audio and dialogue in the other tutorials of the scenario work successfully.

For someone who has never played X4, this makes it difficult to figure out where the "Plan Build" menu is when the tutorial is not specifying where to find it
