Station Trades share the same global restriction

Station Trades and Station Construction Trades share the same global restriction. Does this work as intended?
Although it would be nice in addition to Station Trades, Station Supply we could override the Station Construction separately as well.
That way, I could build stations by buying from other factions just like I do with supplies, but only trading products with myself without manually changing for each station.

Are you talking about blacklists? If you create a blacklist and enable "make this default for all civilian ships" then every non-military ship
will get that blacklist applied for that category.

Yes and no. There are many types of blacklist. The one I'm talking about is about trades. They implicit talk about civilian ships and stations so you don't need to toggle that but there are "make default" for them as well.
