Data Vault does not contain contents

I've got a save (https://gofile.io/d/SRO6Rr) for an unmodified, current-version game in which I am sure that the data vault which I am floating next to should contain an Erlking blueprint - the last one that I am missing. I've done some looking around, looked through the save XML itself to verify, and everything indicates that it should.

However, the data vault appears to contain nothing.
