[5.10 HF3] Signal H.U.D element hidden with cockpit (ctrl-h)

When Scanning for signal leaks when hiding the cockpit ctrl-h the signal h.u.d. element also disappears.

1. Enable scan mode (shift - 2)
2. Approach the station until h.u.d. signal element indicates a signal
3. cycle (shift-h) to hide and then reveal hud elements signal h.u.d element is hiden along with other h.u.d elements as expected
4. with the h.u.d elements displayed now hide the cockpit (ctrl-h) the signal h.u.d. element is also hidden along with the cockpit.

save game Ship is at Scanning Array Factory in sight of one signal. There is also a second signal on that station.
