Split Story Mission Bugged Unable to Talk to Story Mission NPC - solved after reload

After being let out of my cell I am supposed to talk to Lae t'Shnn but I cannot. Clicking to 'talk to' doesn't work.

N/M When I loaded the save all was well. Initially the npc just stood in front of the cell and I couldn't talk to her. When I loaded the save she was no longer there. She moved to where she should have been.
