This was mentioned in a different topic in spoilers, but I just managed to get to the same stage and found the same problem.
Issue = You cant go to the Pheremone Art Gallery, after it is built.

You can go to the Casino or Gambling Den, but the Pheremone art Gallery is nowhere to be found.
Edit : I'm posting this here in case the MTS Beta forum gets locked and we cant interact with any dev questions thereafter. Same as a few topics I was monitoring in the X4 Foundations Public Beta Feedback forum which remain extant but are now locked.

Maybe we (as non-Boron) cant appreciate the olfactory content of such a gallery???
It just puzzles me because like a Casino or Gambling Den, we can add a module to our PHQ, but unlike the previous two we cant currently visit it.
Yet it sounds like somewhere you can visit, pictures/sculpture which subconciously make you feel different things due to subtle smells?.

Previous Welfare Modules we had to Research https://i.imgur.com/hoaT8Hb.png
But this Pheremone Art Gallery module was just dropped into our modules as a result of completing the Terraforming https://i.imgur.com/78aJ1Ao.png
I'm just thinking maybe the way this has been given to us is maybe missing a step in integrating it as a possible teleport destination.
