Is it possible to show Icon AND Text Label in Menus?

Returning player here, very lost in the menus...

Q. Is it possible to show Icon AND Text Label in Menus? e.g. Logbook icon says Logbook below it

There isn't enough space to show text under the icons. However, if you hover over the icons, tooltips appear telling you what they do.
