[Request] Consumable wares

Currently, as a combat-oriented player I have absolutely no motivation to dock at factories and hit the "Trade" button. The only reason to buy wares from a factory is to resell them somewhere else, and combat ships don't have sufficient cargo hold space to make such trades meaningful. As the result I don't have any interest in most stations of the universe.

In X3 most factories were producing end products so even if I wasn't interested in empire building / economy simulation I still had a good reason to visit and explore them to fit my ship.

The suggestion for the mod is to allow to consume wares from a cargo hold of combat ships in exchange for some bonuses.

Examples:

- If I have energy cells in my cargo hold, `X` amount of them could be consumed each time when I activate the travel drive to increase my travel speed by `Y`%.
- Scanning arrays could be used to increase the long-range scan distance and short-range scan "efficiency level".
- Hull parts could give a bonus to the ship's HP.
- Plasma conductors could increase weapons DPS
- Superfluid Coolant could decrease weapons overheat rate
- Antimatter cells could be used for boost
- etc...
