[MOD] S & M engine MK4 prototype v3.0/S.V

a little mod...

add 18 mk4 prototype of engines ( nothing is remplaced: it add )

3 S & 3 M for each race ( ARG, TEL, PAR ) to rebalance the game a bit.

TEL engines are oriented on travel thrust and they are cheap to make in ressources ( profisssss)
ARG engines are still balanced
PAR engines are oriented on speed for dogfight

it use mk3 asset directly from game so there is no graphic change between mk3 and mk4 proto and xml naming will not interfere with...hum...future :D

text id is 909750, all names are constructed word by word with ingame text id so it s automaticaly traduced in each laguage exept the word "prototype"


if someone know how to put engine image is shop tell me please ( it a [ ? ] for now )

While I have an older version of the file. I think it is the last updated copy but could be wrong about that but not having any issues with it in 6.0 on the non steam exe. Not sure which of my mod is locking steam from running currently.
