Need Help Finding Recon order mod i used to use

Cant seem to find anywhere x4 mod called Recon.

Its add a Recon AI behaviour , and also generates a recon report in the Log.

Cant find it on Steam or Nexus anybody got any tips.

Also searched github but no luck

Pretty sure this is in faction enhancer war module.

Thank you much very for clearing that up for me, i just removed faction enhancer, that explains it.

I removed it along with other extensions to help my FPS. But i did not know its actively being updated till i saw your link
I was truly hoping that all the stuff this faction addon family did would be in the game itself by now.

That recon behaviour will sure be nice to have as standalone.
Cause as much as i dislike dull AI wars , having a game that gradually descends into fps singularity is major show stopper.
