[MOD Request] Unknown/Leap of Faith Sector - Jump Gate
An easy to find Jump Gate to reach the Unknown/Leap of Faith Sector.

Would someone explain what happens in that sector? I still have not played that part of the plot, if one exists. In my galaxy remake I left it untouched and it is the only one to be. To prevent issues with plots. If an added gate won't alter the plot I'll add one and maybe split the cluster in more sectors.

There is just one big cylinder shaped kind of station which cannot be entered (and no personell) but it spawns lots of Protectyon.Realspace wrote: ↑Mon, 14. The regular way to the "Leap of Faith" sector is through an anomaly somewhere in one of the Avarice sectors.
However this only leads to Leap of Faith right after a flood (for a couple of minutes). Any time else it just teleports you to a random sector and this is a nuisance.
The way out of Leap of Faith is through a static anomaly in the south region.

Ok thanks! Well my mod remakes the entire galaxy and the idea is to have all plots working. And they should by now. So it is not an option you can choose bc the full package it comes with,....but, I think I can arrange a solution. As I did with the Boneyard
What I'd like to know is: if an entrance is active, like a gate, will this stop the plot to happen?

I highly doubt it. I am 99% sure Egosoft has not implemented any query code for this. However, only a test will tell 100%.
Too bad you don't offer this gate mod as standalone.

Adding a single gate is very fast, I can do a mini mod for it, no problem

Also can us this Jump Drive Research v4.01 (updated 2021-05-29) . I still use this mod enjoy it as late game it lets me have my big ships jump from anywhere to anywhere. So it will allow to transport ships to the leap of faith space and pick up goods then bring them back. It is still a pain to micro manage this.
