I dont get the point of seeing a logo from a different game.

Implementing Eve's ambient music for fun is one thing and perfectly fine for personal use, if you like the music. And the other mod implementing the Eve factions (Gallente, Caldari etc.) is also fun and probably done for the giggles, same with the Star Wars Interworlds mod.
But if you like Eve so much, go and play Eve. It's free to play too up until a certain point. X4 is not the same and not meant to replicate the Eve universe.

Tbh,
The music is one thing as i suppose some peeps like a changer now and again but the logo is kinda like a fingers up to the devs as its their game and should really have the ego logo...
