How to get court and trinity to show up in game without doing missions

Hi

I cant see some factions in my game, been told factions like court and trinity only show up as part of plot.

Is this true, cause i am not using the plot mechanism and not interested in missions.

But i do want all the factions present in my game.

So i built sectors for Court and Trinity with defence platform and shipyard but non e of them shows up.

When i try same with other factions they immediately start building ships and take the sector.

So is there a flag i can set perhaps game save file to enable all the factions.

And why is is that factions like min never interested in taking sectors, thats boring.

Any good tips welcome cheers
