Can you cap the Astrid midway through the plot?

I've not tried personally but I can confirm (as of now at least) you can cap one towards the end of the plot if you go against the brothers in fact its a secondary objective I think and you can also cap a 2nd one after the plot

Already cleared.
Also guess I should note that those Astrids midway have different IDs than the end ones. I figure they despawn later or something.
Unless there is another 2 Astrids hiding out somewhere.

it seems i cant cap the second one...

i was much easier when DLC was released , did something change?
