The Duke's Flagship; anything special?

I did a custom budgeted game start that put me in the middle of the paranid plot with the civil war exacerbated, BUC a growing faction, etc. I understand that there is one last phase to this plot where the war gets even more extensive; and to do that I'm being asked to fund boso ta to the tune of 1 billion credits (no prob) and supply materials for a flagship worthy of the duke. Just curious if the flagship is anything special, and especially can it be boarded after the plot completes? Or is it a standard zeus or whatever, and impossible to board?
