Exit leap of faith

I can't get out of leap of faith, the wormhole seems to be gone. I've done the story line and captured the astrid, it strangely just jumped out after a while. I've gone back to my original spot where I arrived, but the wormhole is simply not there anymore?

Am I missing something, or is this just bugged out?

It's an unmodded game..

There should be a neutral nav beacon somewhere there marking the exit.
Or reload before the Astrid flies off, the second one flies in the direction of the beacon.

Thanks, I had to reload several times. I originally captured Astrid in the Leap of faith system, but the nav beacon and wormhole did never appear, so my ship was stuck.

The anomaly should always be present as far as I am aware.

It wasn't, I checked it several times by loading back and forth and going almost through the whole map. When it finally was there, and doing some changes in my actions, it was always approx. "south west" in the map..

I'm not sure if I have the save game anymore though.
