x4 crasht direkt nach Start

Hallo,

seit dem Update crasht x4 sofort nach dem Intro! Auch eine Neu Installation bringt absolut gar nichts. Vorher lief x4 mit den Add-Ons: Split Vendetta, Wiege der Menschheit ohne Probleme!

Ich habe nen i5-9300, 16GB Arbeitsspeicher, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 unter Windows 11 am laufen.

Und bitte sagt mir nicht, dass mein System dafür nicht geeignet sei, es lief auf ULTRA! Settings und ohne Probleme!

Danke, das einzige was ich aktuell anbieten kann sind die .dmp Files, da in meiner ereignisanzeige witzigerweise nichts aufläuft. -.-'

wieso kannst du keine Dxdiag und VulkanInfo bereit stellen? Hat Windows alle Updates und der Grafik Treiber ist auch aktuell?

Dankeschön, Unter Windows 11 lief es Anfangs ohne Probleme.

Wie kriege ich die crashdump denn ausgelesen, bzw. hier eingefügt? Bei der Vulkaninfo hapert es auch... leider :/

Crashreports sind im installations order von X4 (...\steamapps\common\X4 Foundations) da die relevante dmp einsenden. Dateien zu teilen kann man via Dateihost Seite machen, wie dropbox, googledrive, wetransfer, etc. Ansonsten via email an info(at)egosoft.com mit der Schilderung des Problems.

Es gibt ein Update, nach dem (Spiel)Update.

Und zwar habt Ihr ja das Update mit 3,3 MB verteilt. Wenn ich nun X4 starte, sehe ich den Mauszeiger, jedoch bleibt der Bildschirm nun schwarz. Der Lüfter startet, aber es tut sich nichts. Also hat sich somit die Sachlage etwas geändert.

Die dmp Datei habe ich nun hier zum Download. Allerdings crasht das Spiel ja jetzt nicht mehr, sondern ich muss es schließen weil sich nichts tut.

du musst statt Jemex auch UserProfile verwenden: vulkaninfo > "%UserProfile%\Desktop\vulkaninfo.txt"
dann findet Windows dein Profil.

Anscheinend kann keiner Helfen, schade eigentlich. Finde es auch kurios, dass der Bildschirm nun nach den Updates Schwarz bleibt, der Mauszeiger da ist und sich sonst nix mehr tut. Auch komisch, dass dieses Problem sonst niemand hier hat.

Das mit dem schwarzem fenster kommt mir sehr bekannt vor. So was ähnliches hatte ich auch mal.
Der übeltäter war in dem falle ein Zerschossene config.xml im ordner
Dokumente/x4 foundation/12345678/config.xml *
*das kann je nach Betriebssystem abweichen.
Dort findet man auch die logfiles, wenn man im bei steam bei den startparameter der x4 exe -logfile hinzufügt (die können riesig werden, wenn vergisst den flag vergisst wegzunehmen)

Keine Ahnung wie es das spiel ab und zu schafft die datei nach einem hardware wechsel oder Betriebssystem update zu zerballern aber das könnte daran liegen.
Das löschen der datei könnte das problem beheben. Vorher bitte sichern.

Hi, auch das hilft leider nicht weiter. Dort wird nichts aufgeführt. Habe die jetzt die Theorie, dass es evtl. nicht funktioniert, weil ich bisher alle DLC's habe, bis auf das Letzte. Oder ist das egal? Kenne sowas nämlich nur, wenn Daten unvollständig sind. Wie gesagt, vorher lief es einwandfrei... -.-'

das letzte DLC ist nicht nötig damit X4 läuft. Prüfe mal ob X4 dem Nvidia Hochleistungsprozessor zugewiesen ist und probiere mal X4 zu starten wenn alles außer Tastatur und Maus abgezogen ist.
