Addendum to my last post:

This also happens with many other race stations too, its not just unique to Terran stations.
Pretty similar to the last public release of the game, flying through station modules is a common occurrence, so if preventing clipping also should apply to station modules its not working.

Whether this is a pathing problem or jolt related idk.
You should see the ship is trying to land on final approach, but cant quite figure its way in to the station .. so effectively its stuck.

Another addendum:

Using the save provided in my last post here, jump in the pilot seat and manually land the ship in the internal docking bays.
Then Get up, so the NPC pilot takes over, she should then continue the journey I have set.
A few more stations on (maybe the third or fourth) you will see the ship get into a similar situation of being stuck on approach on another station.

I have seen quite a few times now the old problem of occasionally seeing an NPC Pilot fly inside of a large asteroid (not quite avoiding collision before it happened), eventually they find a way out .. But this is an old problem we kind of forgive the game for doing, if the new 6.0 Betas is supposed to also help with this problem then its not.
I have seen this happen now with both S and M Class ships.

As usual, we would need a savegame to be able to look into any asteroid situation. There are too many possible scenarios to be able to guess from a brief description.

Repair drones clipping into a Rattlesnake and getting stuck. Steps:

Wait a moment; the battle has just concluded. The repair drones will deploy to fix the medium turrets just fore of the cockpit.

Use T (default keybinding I think for Target Object) to target a drone and F3 twice to observe it while it works and returns to the drone bay.

When the drone returns to the drone bay your view will be returned to default F1 mode, press T again and F3 twice again and watch another drone.

By the end of the repairs you should have several stuck drones inside the hull of the Rattlesnake. Sometimes it occurs when you press F3 while a drone is colliding, other times it seems to happen when the view returns to F1 mode; in both cases the clipping inside seems like it occurs during the view transition.

Yep I understand, I repeatedly fail to capture a save when panicking about being stuck inside an asteroid .. Working on it though.

Three ships stuck inside XEN station. They generally have a problem with flying around. They tend to fly into station parts and instead of avoiding it they try to fly through it.

This just does not seem possible. I found another about an hour ago, slowly flew through it in a Geometric Owl, as I exited the other side I stopped, turned to face the asteroid and made a save ..
.. Load up the save fly into the asteroid and doink!, its solid as you would expect it to be :gruebel: so making a reproducer save for this problem is not possible.
I have done the above about ten times now with different asteroids and get the same result every time. It seems after a bit of time some asteroids become ethereal, but try to capture that state in a save is not possible so I give up.

The derelict station in Lasting Vengeance (part of the paranid plot) has hidden hitboxes/walls. For example you cannot fly through the inside. This makes it difficult to scan the navigation buoys (part of the plot). There is also a navigation buoy at the top or bottom of the station between 4 very long poles. You cannot fly between the poles to scan the navigation buoy.

I will provide a save tonight of both situations. Just wanted to report it in case I forget about this.

Loot boxes dropped by destroyed XEN and from opening secure containers is sometimes not able to be picked up. Have had several instance where the loot boxes simply travel back and forth through my characters face while holding the tractor beam. Was able to get out of the ship and pick them up directly, a reload seems to fix this.

Started a fresh game as for the Patriarch. When catching aggro from Argon ships they chased me down through 4 systems. Even making a complete system ahead of them they still tracked me down. Tried multiple times to hide around several stations outside of Argon territory to get support from the station guns but the NPC stations never fired a shot. So if I shoot at an Argon ship while in Teladi space I get a standings penalty for Teladi and if I do this around a Teladi station the station starts shooting at me with a temporary aggro timer. But the NPC gets to shoot at me whenever and wherever they want with no penalty? Not Cool!
