Not entirely sure if this is intended behavior or not, or new to the beta, but I haven't noticed it prior to now. Here's the issue:
When ships are docked at a docking module, deconstructing the module also results in any docked ships being destroyed upon completion of the removal. It's a bit of a niche situation, but one would think that pilots parked in a dock wouldn't just allow their ships to be disassembled alongside the dock, no? I've only tested this with the Terran 4M10S Dock, by the way. Perhaps a simple 'undock' command when the game detects that a docking module is being deconstructed would solve this.
See the attached save file, where the Terran 4M10S Dock at the PHQ is being deconstructed. All ships currently docked at said docking module simply vanish when it's deconstructed, with some messages mentioning they were destroyed in the logbook.

It's a well known behaviour across several versions of X4. IMHO just misses a QoL hint for those not aware that demolitioning the house also destroys everything in it.

Indeed. Not new and, while we do appreciate that it's not ideal, not currently on the list of things planned to change.
