What happened:

I have had the ship piloted by its pilot upon first entering Avarice IV
Probably a new wave was in progress because the pilot decided to flee and exited the system while the Teladi pilot was talking to me
I have done the mission where I was supposed to kill those S ships and protect the M transporter then entered Avarice IV
I have the mission on my missions list however upon accepting it nothing happens.
