[6.0 RC1] Problems when flying large ships close to other large ships

I have used the Erlking and the Syn in several boarding attempts. During these attempts, I have noticed the two following problems:

Performance issue:
When piloting a large ship, and flying close to any other L or XL ship the performance drops massively. This starts at rougly 500 metres, although the distance also depends on the size of the ship and may be larger for XL class ships. Interestingly, this does not happen when the player uses a M or S class ship.
Normal framerate for me is around 30 - 40, during this glitch it drops to around 10.
The issue started with the Beta and was not present in the previous version 5.

Getting stuck:
When touching another L or XL ship while piloting a large ship, both vessels may become stuck causing some extreme glitching and mergbing both ships.
This can be sometimes fixed when flying backwards, the only sure way to fix it is to teleport out of the sector.
As above, this issue was not present in the previous version.

Expected behaviour:
There shouldn't be the massive performance drops, also ramming other ships shouldn't cause ships to glitch-fuse together.

Please provide a savegame, or savegames, where this is happening for you.

This happend with wreackages too, especially Xenon P, they fly into the ship which causes a acceleration in a random direction.

While trying to unload wares.
Also about the performance issues, i will try to make an reproduction and post save once i got it.

Exactly that, use the linked save and slowly accelerate forward (max 50% throttle) and watch your FPS decrease.
For me its like 60-55 and slowly drops to like 8.
As you notice, the ships are not even touching, they are just passing by.
