[Bug] 6.0 RC1 Unable to open any menu's except Options

I was Alt-Tabbed playing Vicky 3, I alt tabbed back to X4 and I could no longer open up any menu. It would flash as it was trying to open, but nothing appeared. Pressing "Toggle HUD" Hotkey did not fix the issue. After opening the Options menu, I tried to select all the different options at the top (Research, Player, Map, etc) and they would not open. Exiting the game and reopening fixed the issue.

The location in the game where the problem occurred, and the circumstances which led to it, where applicable.
I was on Player HQ Dock, trying to open map by pressing 'M'
